5kilos* in 2 weeks! Be Fit Food


Gosh it is already Feb 1, I am not sure where the last 31 days of the year have gone but I can say I am ready to kick my 2021 goals!


This year I want to focus on how my body feels rather than how it looks. Over the Christmas break I have definitely lost sense of portion control and enjoyed way too many cocktails. But hey it was fun, until feeling tired, sluggish and loosing concentration at work was becoming too much.


I am ready to take on 2021 with a fresh and balanced start.


I am participating in the Be Fit Food Seasonal Challenge for the next 14 days to re-adjust my portion control, add extra vegetables into my diet and gain back control.

Be fit food creates meals that are designed to put your body into the ketosis stage. This is where your body burns your stored fat rather than carbohydrates. This helps you feel fuller for longer which gives you more energy through your day. Their meals are also targeted to help target other health benefits including lowering cholesterol and balancing your blood sugar levels. Knowing this, it made it an easy decision to get on board and look after the insides of my body.


The Be Fit Food Seasonal Challenge provides breakfast, lunch, dinner and a snack. There is an extensive list of choices to choose from and it is all up to which you select! Which was super fun. With delicious choices including chocolate muffins for breakfast, I was super excited to get my hands on a fun new way to start a healthy eating routine.

Who would have thought on a ‘diet program’ you could east dim sims?! That’s the beauty of Be Fit Food, it is well balanced and you enjoy your favourite items that you don’t feel like you’re missing out or going to fall off the band wagon since they have been scientifically designed by a doctor and dietitian! Cheers to real food for weight loss and healthy carb living!


You receive a consultation with a dietitian for any questions you may have or extra direction you need. My chat with the dietitian helped me understand how I can implement Be Fit Food into my intermittent fasting routine and how I can add the extra vegetables and snacks on the approved list they provide.


I love that the order came with a 14-day nutrition and movement journal. I can record my favourite meals to remember what to order next time, how I am feeling each day and what exercise I will complete. This will keep me personally accountable, on track and motivated.

I have ordered Be Fit Food before and really enjoyed the variety they offered and that there were carbs included!

This program is perfect if you have an event in a couple of weeks and want to shed a couple of kilos the healthy way or to kickstart a healthy mindset and food journey to being your best self.


The two-week program can see people lose up to 5 kilos (results will vary from person to person)! This isn’t something I want to focus on but weight loss is always a bonus. I am very short and currently sitting at 68 kilos so I am not expecting a huge drop in 2 short weeks but I am excited to gain back energy, increase my fitness level and concertation.


I thought this would be the perfect time to start the challenge as I am currently renovating my house and need foods to fuel me to provide energy to work, instead of feeling tired and needing a nap post lunch. These meals are low carb, high protein and have no added sugar making them the perfect fit for my needs.


Even though these meals are pre-prepared making life so much easier especially because I hate to meal prep, you can add your extra vegetables from the approved list to spice them up, giving them an element of freshness. I really enjoy cooking so having the ability to take a ready-made meal and make it my own by adding extra vegetables and finding fun ways to make it different is right up my ally!


These meals are packed full of goodness with between 4-12 different vegetables and great sources of protein. These are definitely tastier and more enjoyable than chugging down a protein shake 6 times a day.


I love that this plan is not only about the food you eat but your 30 min workouts and mindfulness. There is also access to a Facebook support group to keep each other on track and share ideas. All 3 of these together is what created a balanced healthy lifestyle where we can feel our best and in turn means we can be out best.

I can’t wait to share what I add to my meals to make them extra special and enter ketosis. Time to burn those stored fat cells, gain portion control, some extra energy and a better sleep.
