Let's get soapy

Firstly I want to clarify, I am your typical 'need to save' girl but doesn't want to give up on the good stuff. Well soap comes and goes way to quickly for me to justify $42 and then come out of the shower smelling like just water.

I want to maintain my tan, I want to smell cute and clean but I also want super soft skin and let's be honest I definitely do not moisturise EVERYDAY. So of course if I can find that all in one I'm going to take it and runnnnn with it.

Now I am going to let you in on a little secret. I used to use the Dove soap in bar form. Great. Loved it. Until my boyfriend smelt like a way stronger version of me and some how kept his natural tan for longer than me (which I still think is because of the bottle of Bondi Sands Moisturiser I found in his bathroom. But he maintains his innocence and says it's the Dove), until he told me it's the Dove pump! And boy did I get sucked in and buy the triple moistruising Dove pump soap and never look back. On special for $13 for 1Litre and lasts longer then a bar of soap, it was an easy purchase decision.

My boyfriend is probably going to want to take the credit, even though I was always a Dove lover.

It's been 4 weeks since I made the transition and I have noticed a massive difference to my knees, bottom half of my legs which used to get so dry and my poor little elbows which I lean on all day while typing. The dryness has improved heaps and I am looking forward to where they will be in another 4 weeks.

I don't think I will be changing soaps for a very long time, especially since my morning routine does not require moisturising everyday anymore.
